With over 15 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, I’ve created simple, effective, and easy-to-follow online exercise programs designed to help you improve core stability, balance, and posture. My programs are tailored for beginners, who are looking to start, or return to, exercising their core and stabilising muscles. All of my online programs are based on techniques that I have used successfully with real-life patients in clinical settings over many years.

Here at The Stability Physio, I aim to make straightforward online exercise programs for people who know they want to get started, but just don't know where to begin. There is a lot of information out there, but it can be very confusing and time consuming sorting through it all. I have saved you the headache of trying to figure all that out on your own.
